Last Week of the Term 1

To my dearest 3E,

This week is managed by Bryan's group. Things to look out for:

1. Locks & Lockers

Keng Seng should have allocated the lockers (despite the school suggest to go by index number.)

On Monday, Bryan will go to Service center to collect the locks. Tuesday, we'll issue the locks and lockers labels. I have finished them already.

Bring along a NON-PERMANENT marker so that you can doodle on your label.

3. TPC for some selected ones on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

I'm pretty busy this week, myself but I like to speak to some of you regarding your academics. Expect to end late as we probably can only start like after 3+.

4. Seating arrangement & TPC

You may stay in the current seating arrangement. On Friday, probably half-day, Bryan's group need to arrange the desks accordingly back to the 4 columns. As mentioned, some of you need to stay behind to usher the parents who will be our guests on Friday. (Bryan, bring a few gigabyte thumbdrive on Monday. I pass you the photos. You can do a photo montage or just a slideshow of the photos while the parents are waiting. Want to provide water?)

5. March holiday lesson and class outing?

We'll be having mar lesson on either Thu or Fri of the March holiday.

It will be in the morning from 8.30 am to 12 noon. It will be lecture style (no class work) and probably a short break in-between.

After that we may go out as a class. Suggestions? Lunch?

6. More things to expect in Term 2

- 3E newsletters, I want some of you to write an article for the events we had so far and compiled into a newsletter. Wish to have a Termly newsletter, so every group have a chance to do it. Shall we? Any group like to volunteer 1st?

- Sports Day

- Mother's & Father's Day. (Any ideas? I'm thinking along the line where everyone stay back to do some craftwork for your parents. Folding rose, stars, cranes? Or making cards?)

- May have changes to timetables. You may have more Maths lesson. Yeah! Can see you all more often and nag already.

- Changes in the groups for some people to "balance" the power. The current scores will stay but the scores from CT1 will be based on the new grouping. Still waiting for all your results to be in.
